Olive Oil Products
Generally, olive oil is extracted by pressing or crushing olives. Olive oil comes in different varieties, depending on the amount of processing involved.

The producers farm has 15.000 very special olive trees and extends 950 hectares in the valley. 25% of the Farm has been certified by EU and BCS ECOCERT (Germany) for the organic farming. These olive trees are very healthy natural trees and their fruits (olives) are picked only by hands. These very best quality and productive olives are classified and extracted in our Crushing Mill in the farm by “cold press” process. The Royal olives, gifts of Gods, give only the best quality Extra Virgin Olive Oil after crushing, which is stored in chrome – nickel tanks in order to keep its chemical, organoleptic parameters and the peroxide value at the first extraction day’s desirable level. This very special blend of Extra Virgin Olive Oil is produced by organic farming of our Royal Farm, which is located in the Valley of the Kings of Pergamum. It is produced without using synthetic agricultural chemicals, hormones or mineral fertilizers, and in addition it is harvested away from the polluted environmental and industrial regions. Our Organic Olive Oil is unique due to the fact that it is being produced with natural processes by only permitted olive producers Organic olive oil is totally natural Extra Virgin Olive Oil.   • Extra Virgin Olive Oil
